If you are a part of a group attending the Summit and require five (5) or more rooms, please download the accommodations form here and fax your request to 732.549.3987. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by e-mail or fax. Special arrangements have been made with the Omni Orlando Resort, one of the premier business travel hotels in Orlando, for room rates priced well below regular rates. Additional information is available on MTC's website.
These rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the Omni Orlando Resort directly. Rates will remain in effect until April 2, 2012, subject to availability. Early booking is suggested to ensure you receive your preferred arrival/departure dates. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.
Airport Shuttle Service Available
IDN Summit has partnered with Associated Transportation/Super Shuttle to provide NON-STOP shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Omni. The shuttle will not make any other stops at area hotels which should significantly reduce travel time to your hotel. The rate is $45 round trip per person.
