Program highlights included a keynote address and business leadership programs by Trish Gorman, academic dean with Jack Welch Business Management Institute at Strayer University; a Thought Leadership Panel hosted by Chuck Lauer, former publisher of Modern Healthcare; and the unique Reverse Expo. In the spirit of the Summit's theme, Change Brings Opportunity, attendees also donated enough funds to build a well for a remote village in Kenya otherwise lacking in a clean, available water supply. Supply Chain of Excellence Award Winners Recognized; National Winner Named
The four category winners of the Supply Chain of Excellence Awards were recognized at the 2012 Spring IDN Summit and Reverse Expo, April 23-25, in Orlando, FL. Representatives of the winning organizations gave presentations on their initiatives as they competed to be named the overall National Award winner. After the ballots were counted, the Upper Midwest Consolidated Services Center was named Overall National Winner of the Supply Chain of Excellence Awards.
