Peer-to-Peer Exchange

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Exchange is designed to go in-depth on four key challenges impacting supply chain management. These Exchanges are held at each IDN Summit to provide the IDN Summit supply chain community a forum to discuss key challenges impacting the healthcare supply chain. Prior to each IDN Summit, P2P research is provided to attendees on each topic area for their review. The P2P research, along with moderator questions during the Exchange aim to stimulate active discussion among participants and provide attendees with peer guidance in each area.

These Exchange discussions will be condensed and attached to the P2P research paper and electronically delivered to each IDN Summit attendee after the conclusion of the Summit.
